By booking and attending a Messy Kingdom session, the parent or caregiver agrees to the following:
Children must remain under the direct supervision of their parent or caregiver at all times. Messy Kingdom sessions are not a childcare service, and responsibility for the child remains with the accompanying adult throughout the session.
Messy play may involve materials such as water, foam, paint, dough, food-based sensory materials, rice, pasta and other sensory items. Some activities may include small parts or materials that are not suitable for mouthing or eating. Parents and caregivers are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for their child and for supervising their child closely.
Parents and caregivers must advise Messy Kingdom of any allergies, medical conditions, sensory needs or other information that may affect their child’s participation. While reasonable care is taken when preparing activities, Messy Kingdom cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or prevent all cross-contamination.
Clothing, shoes and personal belongings may become wet, stained or messy during the session. Families are encouraged to dress children appropriately and bring a change of clothes, towel and bag for wet or messy clothing.
Children who are unwell or showing symptoms of a contagious illness should not attend. Please contact Messy Kingdom before the session begins if your child becomes unwell.
Parents and caregivers are expected to follow any reasonable safety instructions given by Messy Kingdom staff and to prevent their child from climbing on equipment, leaving the activity area unsupervised, or using materials in an unsafe way.
Messy Kingdom may remove or close an activity at any time if it becomes unsafe, contaminated or unsuitable for continued use.
In the event of an accident or emergency, Messy Kingdom may provide basic first aid and contact emergency services where reasonably necessary. The parent or caregiver remains responsible for their child and for providing accurate emergency and medical information.
By completing a booking, the parent or caregiver confirms that they have read and understood these Participation Terms.
